Shipping Rate

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $5.95 per order. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $69 or more. Estimated delivery: approximately 8–12 business days after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and processed before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery

SOMU works with international fulfillment partners to ship orders directly to our customers.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple-Item Orders

To help your order arrive safely and efficiently, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays

Occasional carrier or customs delays may occur. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.

For damaged items, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
