Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses within the United States. All orders ship directly from us in the US — no international warehouses, no customs delays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping: flat $5.95 per order.
Free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more.

Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships — please allow a little time for tracking to update after the carrier picks it up.

Order Processing

Orders are packed with care at our US studio before shipment. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order — once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Multiple-Item Orders

To help your candles arrive safely, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. You won't be charged extra shipping.

Delays

Occasional carrier delays can happen. If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order seems significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it's lost, contact us with your order number and photos. For damaged items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help with a replacement or refund.
